Your grade-out carrots, in front of wholesale buyers within 24 to 72 hours.
PushList puts your lot in front of pre-qualified wholesale buyers, collects offers at or above the net price you want to receive, and coordinates pickup. A 10% commission, only on a lot that is sold and picked up.
Pilot starting in the Montérégie, 2026-2027 season. Every lot is handled one at a time by the founding team. A sale depends on the offers received and on your acceptance. See how it works.
For growers and packers
Off-size, off-shape and storage-surplus carrots too often go to feed or compost. PushList looks for a buyer who pays.
You set the price you want to receive
That is your floor: below that net amount, the lot does not move. You accept or decline every offer.
Your name stays confidential until acceptance
The buyer sees “verified Québec grower” and the region; your company name is shared only once an offer is accepted.
No fee if the lot does not sell
A 10% commission on the accepted price, invoiced to the grower after confirmed pickup, plus applicable taxes. Nothing otherwise.
For wholesale buyers
Distributors, wholesalers, processors and foodservice companies in the Montréal area: lots of Québec vegetables described and photographed before the offer, at clearance prices.
A description before the offer
Product, size, quantity, condition and photos. Origin shows a verified grower and the region.
One offer, one response time
You get the details by phone or email and answer within the agreed time, with no obligation.
Wholesale volumes
Bins, pallets or bulk, straight from the grower.
How it works
Describe the lot
Product, quantity, quality, location and available dates, by form or by phone.
We put it in front of buyers
A PushList person contacts pre-qualified buyers within 24 to 72 hours and collects offers at or above your price.
You accept, or not
You confirm the offer. If no offer reaches your floor within the agreed time, the lot stays yours, at no cost.
Pickup and payment
PushList coordinates pickup with the buyer. The 10% commission is invoiced after confirmed pickup.

- Other vegetables: onions and potatoes are added once the first carrot lots have cleared.
Why now
Every figure comes from a dated public study; the source is under each one.
- 1.2 million tonnes
of edible food lost or wasted every year in Québec, 16% of what enters the food system (estimate published in 2022).
RECYC-QUÉBEC, Quantification Study of Food Loss and Waste in Quebec, 2022 - 14%
of those losses happen at the production stage, before processing and retail.
RECYC-QUÉBEC, 2022, highlights - 32%
of Canada’s carrots were grown in Québec according to the 2023 overview, the year carrots were the country’s second field vegetable by value ($155M) and volume (337,810 t).
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Statistical Overview of the Canadian Field Vegetable Industry, 2023 (archived publication) - 59%
of Québec’s field-vegetable acreage is in the Montérégie, the pilot’s territory.
Gouvernement du Québec, field vegetable industry profile, 2021 data - $58B

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay if my lot does not sell?
No. The 10% commission is due only on a lot that is sold and picked up. If no offer meets your price, the lot stays yours, at no cost.
What does PushList cost?
10% of the accepted price, invoiced to the grower after confirmed pickup, plus applicable taxes. No subscription, no sign-up fee, no minimum during the pilot.
Who sees my farm’s name?
Buyers see “verified Québec grower” and the region. Your company name is shared only once an offer is accepted.
Which products do you take during the pilot?
Table and processing carrots in wholesale volumes (bins, pallets, bulk): sound, off-size, off-shape or in storage surplus. Other vegetables will follow.
How is the price set?
You state the net price you want to receive. PushList presents the lot to buyers at that price plus its 10% commission, collects offers during the agreed time and shows you, for every offer, the amount you receive. Example: you want $34 per 100 lb; the lot is presented at $37.78; if a buyer accepts $37.78, you receive $34 and the commission is $3.78, plus taxes.
Does PushList buy my lots?
No. PushList never takes possession of the product and holds no inventory. It places the lot with a pre-qualified buyer and coordinates pickup.
How is this different from donating to Moisson?
Donating to a recognized food bank may carry a tax benefit depending on your situation; PushList looks for a buyer who pays. The two can coexist, for different lots.
Is this an online marketplace?
No. During the pilot, every lot is handled by a person, by phone and email. The form only gives us the starting details.
