What we do with your information.
This page describes, in plain terms, the personal information collected by pushlist.com and what PushList does with it. The site is operated by PushList Inc., head office 202-7703 Newman Boulevard, Montréal, Québec H8N 1X7.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your role (grower or buyer), your name, your company, your municipality, your phone number, your email address if you give it, and the description of your lot or your need. The form also records a code for the page or link you sent it from and the role you chose. If you then send us briefs or photos by email or text message, we keep them with your inquiry. The site uses no tracking cookies and no audience analytics.
Why
To call you back, complete the lot sheet or pre-qualify your company as a buyer, and pass you offers within the pilot. We use your information for nothing else and we do not sell it.
Where it is hosted
The site, its fonts and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States); the site loads nothing from any other third party. Form submissions are filtered for spam by Akismet (Automattic Inc., United States), a service Netlify uses, then passed to PushList, kept in the form dashboard and forwarded by email notification to PushList’s mailbox (Microsoft 365). Your information may therefore be stored outside Québec.
Who has access
PushList’s co-founders, who handle inquiries themselves during the pilot. Your company name is never shared with a buyer before you accept an offer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@pushlist.com. The person responsible for the protection of personal information at PushList is Paul-Antoniu Diaconescu, co-founder, reachable at the same address; we reply within 30 days. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, or file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Retention
Your information is kept for the duration of the pilot and at most 12 months after our last exchange, then destroyed, including the copies in the form dashboard and the mailbox. You can also ask for its deletion at any time.
Complaints and practices
To complain about how your information is handled, write to info@pushlist.com with “complaint” in the subject line. The responsible person acknowledges receipt, reviews the complaint and answers in writing. Our practices: access limited to the co-founders; we do not sell your information or use or share it for purposes other than those described on this page; retention tied to the purpose described above, and an update to this page, dated below, whenever a practice changes.
